We send most of our online orders through AusPost services and request a signature on delivery.

This is to ensure that your order is delivered to you. We do not allow Auspost to leave your order in a safe place; if your delivery is missed, you will receive an SMS or Email from Australia Post.

All our Instrument deliveries are sent via courier service, either StarTrack or TNT.

Most orders are sent from our Moorabbin Melbourne store, as this store stocks the largest range of inventory. Items will be sent from other stores where it is available and are nearest to our purchaser.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Returns Policy:

Return of the products is subject to some requirements:
You can confidently purchase items from Ozwinds Brass and Woodwind because every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation.
If you are not completely satisfied or the item is not what you expected, return it to us within 7 days, along with a sales receipt.


*We offer a 7 day satisfaction period as of the day the item is received.*

If returning a product, it must be in new condition and with its original packaging. (* Opened boxes of reeds are not returnable)

Goods being returned remain your property and responsibility until we receive them.
Refunds will be made within seven days of receipt by our warehouse.
We want you to know that you will be responsible for shipping the unwanted items back to us.
Any returns that are received outside of these terms will not be accepted.

If we have shipped an item or items in error (incorrect item/s supplied), Ozwinds Brass and Woodwind will pay for return costs and resend corrected items at our expense.

International shipping

Our $129 Free shipping method does not apply for international deliveries. If you are having issues checking out, please check your address through https://www.google.com/maps.

 

Damage in Shipment:

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it for any damage. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be perfect when packed. All packaging is according to the standards of the prevailing carrier. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument or accessory received in a damaged condition has occurred while in transit and must be reported immediately to the carrier. Contact your local postal service office immediately if your order was shipped via Australia Post. They will need your name and address, along with our name and shipper ID number. This information appears on the carton label. Please retain the carton, packaging, and damaged contents for postal inspection. We will need you to inspect the package and detail if any damage has occured. Then, you can contact a service representative of OzWinds to help you with product replacement.

Instore collections for online orders

Our Moorabbin warehouse in Victoria will send items to our Queensland stores when they are out of stock of products. This may add a few days to when you can pick up your items in-store.

If purchasing a second-hand instrument (Consignment or Shop stock), please contact the store to ensure availability. We list which stores have these items, if you are purchasing for pick up in another store, we will be in contact for a shipping fee.
